Le nombre d&rsquo;alv\u00e9oles correspond au niveau de performance de l&#8217;emballage, plus elles sont nombreuses, plus l&#8217;emballage prot\u00e8ge le contenu des variations de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>Airliner\u00ae garantit une protection in\u00e9gal\u00e9e pour les produits transport\u00e9s: Les coussins d&rsquo;air gonflables prot\u00e8gent la marchandise des chocs notamment li\u00e9s aux manipulations durant le transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce syst\u00e8me permet un gain de place et de manutention. Une fois d\u00e9gonfl\u00e9e, la protection prend 96% moins de place dans le d\u00e9p\u00f4t qu&rsquo;une solution rigide classique.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Airliner\u00ae est aussi un syst\u00e8me qui contribue \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement. Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Pira International en ao\u00fbt 2007 compare\u00a0Airliner\u00ae et les emballages rigides traditionnels. La fabrication d&rsquo;Airliner\u00ae requiert <strong>50% moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong> que celle des emballages en mousse de polystyr\u00e8ne ou mat\u00e9riau similaire. L&rsquo;Airliner\u00ae est donc \u00e9galement moins sensible aux fluctuations des prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie comme le sont les emballages isothermes traditionnels.
